Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

K Possidi Sea View Villas 1 is located on the hillside in Possidi, and from the terrace on the second floor offers a panoramic view of the sea. It is suitable for up to 8 people.

Accommodation

The villa has three floors, and the terrace on the second floor offers a beautiful view of the sea. In the basement there is a bedroom with 2 French beds, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living room, a kitchen and another bathroom. On the first floor there is a double room, which is air-conditioned.

The unit has free WiFi internet, as well as a TV.
Guests have at their disposal a beautiful terrace in the courtyard of the villa with outdoor furniture, intended for rest and outdoor enjoyment. The offer also includes a barbecue and free parking.
