Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Jenny's Garden House is a complex located 130 meters from the beach in Vourvourou, on the Sithonia peninsula. It offers a total of three accommodation units for 4-7 people. A spacious yard with private parking is at guests' disposal.

Accommodation

The main building is divided into a ground floor apartment and a maisonette.

Ground floor apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the other room has a sofa bed. If necessary, it is possible to add an extra bed for a child. The kitchen includes a two-burner stove, a fridge-freezer, and a kettle, and the private bathroom has a shower. Due to the more pleasant temperature, the apartment is not air-conditioned, but it is equipped with a fan. In front is a covered outdoor seating and dining area.

Maisonette spreads over two levels (first and second floors) and can accommodate up to 7 people. On the lower level is the kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, a stove with an oven, a microwave, and a dining table. In the same room is a sofa that folds out into a bed for two people, and there is also a toilet. The upper level features two bedrooms with double beds and a private bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are two terraces with tables, chairs, and a partial view of the sea.

Bungalow is a separate accommodation unit consisting of a hallway, a bedroom with two single beds, and a room with a kitchen and a double bed. The kitchen contains a refrigerator, a stove with two burners, and a dining table. The bungalow has a private bathroom with a shower (without a cabin or a curtain), and another toilet. It is equipped with two air conditioners. In front are a small porch, as well as a private summer house for guests of the bungalow.

All units are equipped with free Wi-Fi, television, and mosquito nets. Bed linen and towels are changed every 5 days, while the units are not cleaned during the stay. It is possible to use a shared washing machine (free of charge).

The complex includes a spacious yard with a children's playground, a shared barbecue, and an outdoor shower. One private parking space is provided for each unit. Pets are welcome (with extra charge).
