• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Jamaica View Apartments are located next to the coast in the vicinity of Vourvourou, on the Sithonia peninsula. It offers apartments for 4-5 people with a yard and private parking.

Accommodation

The complex consists of three apartments.

Apartment Vourvourou is located on the ground floor and is suitable for 4 people. It has a living room with two sofa beds, a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, and a private bathroom.

Apartment Livari is set on the first floor and can accommodate 5 people. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a living room with two sofa beds (one of which folds out into a double bed), and a private bathroom.

Apartment Diaporos is on the second floor and accommodates 5 people. It contains a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a private bathroom.

The kitchens in the apartments include a stovetop, an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

Guests can relax on the terraces that offer seating and views of the garden and the sea.

All apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, mosquito nets and a hair dryer. A baby cot can be added free of charge on request. A washing machine is available. The units are not cleaned during the stay, while towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days.

The complex includes a courtyard with a barbecue. One parking space is provided for the guests of each apartment. Small pets are welcome.

Accommodation guests receive a free boat ride to the island of Diaporos as a gift.
