• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus an administrative fee, which in most cases is 30,€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Iolyda Haus is located in Toroni, on the beautifull peninsula of Sithonia, and offers accommodation in the front of the sea.

Quintuple apartments on the back side of Iolida Haus are on the first and second floor. They consist of two rooms and two bathrooms. The first room has one double bed with a single bunk bed, a wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen with oven with ceramic hob, cooking utensils, extractor hood, electric kettle and cutlery, a dining room for four people and a bathroom with shower cabin. The second room has one double bed, a wardrobe and the second bathroom with a shower cabin. We also provide towels, bed linen, hairdryer, mosquito screens, two led satellite TV sets with USB, free WiFi internet and air conditioning.

Quadruple apartments on the first and second floor with a sea view are overlooking the Toroneos bay in front of the sea. They have a separate bedroom with one double bed (with anatomic mattress) and an equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, cutlery and a dining room. In the room with a kitchen, apartment on the second floor has a double sofa bed, while the apartment on the first floor has two single beds, connected into a double bed with a unified mattress. These apartments have one bathroom with hydromassage shower cabin, large veranda with second dining room for six, two TV sets with satellite channels, hairdryer, electric awnings, mosquito screens, free WiFi internet and air conditioning.

There are two sunbeds and a large umbrella on the beach provided for the guests of each apartment.

In addition to the pest control, the apartments will be insured with a civil liability insurance policy, for any accidents or damages that may occur to guests during their stay at the accommodation.

Apartman (cetvorokrevetni na prvom spratu sa pogledom na more) ima dosta pozitivnih strana: veoma je prostran, kreveti su udobni sa novim dušecima, a terasa je velika i pruža fenomenalan pogled. Do plaže je potrebno samo preći ulicu. Posebno je praktično što svaki apartman ima obezbeđen suncobran i dve ležaljke.

Veliki plus su i komarnici i aparati protiv komaraca, što je u Toroniju zaista neophodno. Na naš zahtev, dobili smo i montažni krevetac za bebu. Parking se nalazi ispred smeštaja i pokriven je video nadzorom, što dodatno uliva sigurnost. Ipak, najveći problem ovog smeštaja jeste održavanje higijene. Tokom našeg boravka od 11 dana, peškiri su zamenjeni samo jednom (petog dana), posteljina nijednom, a apartman nije nijednom očišćen (iako je na raspolaganju metla da to uradite sami). Vreće za smeće nisu obezbeđene, što stvara dodatnu neprijatnost. Kada smo zatražili sredstvo i sunđer da sami operemo kupatilo, dobili smo već korišćen sunđer. Kuhinja je prostrana i ima veliki frižider, šporet, rernu, kuvalo, mikrotalasnu i mutilicu za kafu, ali je posuđe za pripremu hrane vrlo oskudno. Zaključak: Ako vam je najvažnija prostrana terasa sa fantastičnim pogledom i blizina plaže, a pritom nemate problem da sami brinete o higijeni i nosite svoje peškire, posteljinu i deo posuđa – ovaj apartman može biti dobar izbor.
