Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Iliaktida Apartments is situated in Siviri, on the first leg of Halkidiki - the Kassandra peninsula. It's only 40m away from the sandy beach with crystal waters and the center of Siviri is about 400m away.

Accommodation

This accommodation has 3 duplex apartments (68m²) and each of them covers the whole floor (ground, first and second floor). Besides the 2 bedrooms, they have a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove with oven, electric kettle) and a large bathroom with shower.

All of them have mosquito nets and balconies. The apartment on the second floor has a washing machine. The apartment on the ground floor has its own garden. The units are equipped with fire extinguishers and first aid kits. Each apartment can accommodate 4-5 people.

The replacement of bed linen and towels is done every 3 days. There is a public parking close to the accommodation where you can park. Upon request, the owners will also try to secure a parking space in the garden or next to the accommodation.
