• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Description
Ianthi Maisonettes accommodation complex is located 450m from the beach in the village of Nea Roda, in a peaceful location suitable for a relaxing family vacation.
Accommodation
Offered for rent within the complex are three separate apartments on two levels, designed to accommodate up to six people. The apartments on the first level (high ground floor) have a living room with a sofa and a pull-out bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a large bathroom adapted for people with disabilities. On the second level (first floor), there is an additional bathroom and two bedrooms - one equipped with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a pull-out bed.Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
These air-conditioned units provide guests with free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a four-burner stove and large oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, kettle, and coffee maker.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the garden and the sea in the distance, on the private balcony or veranda furnished with seating sets.
Your stay can be made more pleasant by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends.
