Description

House on the Beach Aretes is part of a complex located next to Aretes Beach, 3.5 kilometers from the center of Toroni, on the Sithonia peninsula. The maisonette can accommodate five people and two babies and offers a shared garden with barbecue and private parking.

It's located in the second line, but has a sea view.

Accommodation

The maisonette features four bedrooms - three with double beds and the fourth with a sofa bed. The living room has a fireplace, two sofas, and a dining table. The kitchen includes a stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee maker, and kitchenware. The private bathroom contains a shower, a hairdryer, and a washing machine, and there is also an additional toilet.

The maisonette is equipped with Wi-Fi internet, television, and an iron. Towels and bed linen are provided. It is important to note that the unit is not air-conditioned, but there is a fan available.

Guests have at their disposal a spacious, covered terrace with a sitting/dining area and a view of the garden and the sea.

The complex includes a large, green garden with a barbecue, outdoor furniture, and free private parking. The garden leads directly to the beach, where guests are provided with sunbeds and umbrellas.
