• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If the reservation is cancelled after that, the deposit is not refundable but you may change your booking dated depending on availability.

Description

House Fedra has been offering accommodation to tourists since the 1970s, undergoing multiple renovations over the years. Today we offer pleasant and affordable accommodation in the heart of Potos village. The house is only one parallel street above the beach so you only need a minute to walk there.

The House is perfect for families and couples who want to be near the centre of events, near the beach, the promenade and the shops. We come at House Fedra every day and brother Jiannis live in the neighbouring house.

Supermarket and bakery are only 50m. from the house and are open until late at night.

Accommodation

House Fedra has a total of two 4-bed apartments (36m2) and four studios (18m2).

Two apartments are on the top floor (with sea view and mountain view) and were fully renovated in 2020 and another two on the middle floor (brand NEW in 2024). They consist of one bedroom and a big living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and the sofa bed in the sitting room has two single beds that can be joined if required or separated for two children. The apartments are suitable for families.

The studios are two on the top floor and two on the middle floor. They are in the middle between the apartments. One is a triple studio with a sofa bed, one has a double bed, and the new studios on the middle floor can have beds separated if needed. They also have a kitchenette, a small dining table, chairs, air-conditioner, and a bathroom.

At the side of the house is a very spacious veranda with wooden tables for each apartment and studio. Terraces on the second floor have a nice view of the sea and the summer breeze is wonderful.

The House doesn’t have private parking, but there's lots of free public parking 150m from the house. The yard is not very big, but spacious enough for barbecuing.

Best quality bed linen and towels are replaced and the studios are cleaned every 3-5 days, depending on the length of the stay.
