• Check-in: 15:00 - 21:00; Check-out: 08:00 - 11:00.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to
confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon
arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the
arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for
administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner
of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it
will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Helios Pool Apartment is located about 200 meters from Ofrynio Beach, in the area of Kavala. The apartment is part of a newly built complex with a shared yard and swimming pool. It is set on the ground floor and suitable for a maximum of 4 people.
Accommodation
The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed.
The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a coffee maker, an oven, a two-burner stovetop, an electric kettle, and kitchen utensils. The private bathroom has a shower cabin.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, a washing machine, an ironing equipment, mosquito nets, and a hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided.
In front of the apartment is a paved terrace with seating.
All guests of the complex have access to the courtyard with the swimming pool.
