Helen Sea House Hanioti is located directly across from the beach in Hanioti, on the Kassandra peninsula. The house has two levels and can accommodate up to 8 guests (6 adults and 2 children). It offers a garden with a sea view and private parking.

Accommodation

The ground floor consists of a living room with two sofa beds, a separate bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation during the stay, including a refrigerator with freezer, a stove with four burners, an oven, an electric kettle, cookware, and a dishwasher.

From the living room on the ground floor, there is access to a terrace overlooking the beach and the sea. The terrace is furnished with two sun loungers, a table, and chairs for relaxing and enjoying meals.

On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and an additional bathroom, also equipped with a shower. Two bedrooms are furnished with sofa beds, while the third bedroom has a double bed. From the bedroom with the double bed, there is access to a terrace that also offers a sea view and is equipped with a table and chairs for seating and relaxation.

The house is air-conditioned (each room has its own air conditioning unit) and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. Towels, bed linen, and a washing machine are provided. An iron and ironing board are available upon request.

Cleaning of the accommodation is carried out after guests’ departure, while during the stay guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness.

The house has a paved yard, and guests have access to barbecue facilities, an outdoor shower, and free private parking.

Small pets are allowed upon request and with prior agreement during the booking confirmation.
