Accommodation

Haus Maria consists of eight apartments (four triple and four quadruple) and eight studios (four triple and four quadruple).

All of the units have a bathroom with shower and toilet, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchenette (with a 2-ring stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, pots, plates, etc.), satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning, and fans.

Quadruple apartments are on the first floor and have access from the front. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed. In the front part of the apartment, there are two single beds and a kitchenette.

Four-bed studios are located on both the first and second floors. Access is always from the front. In the studio, you will find a double bed and two single beds.

Triple apartments are always on the second floor. Access is both from the front and via a staircase in the courtyard. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed. In the front part is the kitchenette and the single bed.

Three-bed studios are on the first and second floor at the back of the house. Access is always from the rear. In the studio, there is a double bed and next to it a single bed.

Cleaning and changing of towels and linen are done every 3-4 days. Laundry service is also available and the first laundry is free of charge. 

The accommodation has no parking, but guests can park their cars on the street.
