Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Guitar Studio is situated just 50m from the beach and 500m from the center of Nea Peramos, in Kavala Region.

Accommodation

The unit covers an area of 30m² and it's located on the ground floor. It has a balcony with side sea view.

It consists of a bedroom with one double and a single bed, TV (without satellite channels) and air conditioner. One extra bed can be added upon request. At the entrence of the studio is a hall with a fully equipped kitchen. A private bathroom is also available.

Bed linen and towels are replaced every 4 days.

Just came back from Nea Peramos, we were in Guitar apartment. Everything was great, the location is super, the city beach is right across the street. Centar of the town is also close like 5 minutes walk. The big grocery store is also near where you have everything you need.. The apartment has everything,fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom and bedroom, was very clean.. Big terrace in front where we eat.. The owner is very nice and there for everything that you need.. This is our third time in Nea Peramos and definitely will come again next year 😊
