Greg’s Rooms are located 50 meters from the beach in Sarti, on the Sithonia peninsula, right across from the famous town sign. Next to the building there is a children's playground and an outdoor gym.

Accommodation

The complex features one double and one triple studio. Both units are located on the ground floor.

A studio for 2 people has a double bed, and a studio for 3 people has a double and a single bed.

Both studios have a kitchen that includes a two-burner stove and a small refrigerator, a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with sea views.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television.

Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the building.
