Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Granny Stratia is located approximately 900 meters from the beach, in the peaceful area of Tristinika on the Sithonia peninsula. The house is situated within the same property as Barba Stergios House and can accommodate up to 3 adults or a family with two children.

Accommodation

The house is a ground-floor studio featuring a double bed and a sofa bed. It also includes a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a two-burner stovetop, as well as a private bathroom with a shower.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet access and a TV. Cleaning service is not provided during the stay, while bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days.

Guests can enjoy a terrace furnished with outdoor furniture overlooking the courtyard, where private parking is available.
