• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 21 days beofre the arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 20 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more
• If canceled or modified later, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Description

Giota Apartments is a complex in Skala Potamia, on the island of Thassos, located 300 meters from the beach. It offers apartments and maisonettes for 4-5 people and includes a lovely garden with a swimming pool.

Accommodation

The complex consists of 4 apartments and 4 maisonettes distributed in two buildings.

Three apartments can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children each. They have a living room with a sofa with a drawer bed, a small kitchen with a dining table, a separate bedroom with two single beds joined together, and a private bathroom with a bathtub. They also have terraces with a view of the pool and yard.

There is also an apartment in the semi-basement (9 steps below ground level) that can accommodate 5 people. This unit has a separate bedroom with two single beds, while the living room features a sofa bed and a single sofa. It includes a private bathroom with a bathtub, and a small kitchen with a dining table, and is the only unit equipped with mosquito nets.

Maisonettes can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children each. They consist of two levels connected by stairs. Downstairs is a living room with a sofa that has a pull-out bed, a kitchen with a dining area, and a terrace. Upstairs is a bedroom with two single beds, a private bathroom with a bathtub, and a second terrace with a view of the yard and pool.

Each unit is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a hair dryer. Kitchens include a refrigerator, a two-burner stove for preparing light meals, a toaster, an electric kettle, and dishes. Cleaning and replacement of towels and bed linen is done every 3 days.

The complex includes a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, deckchairs, umbrellas, a pool bar, a brick barbecue, and outdoor seating and dining areas.

There is an extension along the street next to the villa where guests can park their cars.
