Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Gianna Studios is located 70 meters from the beach, in Toroni, on the Sithonia peninsula. It offers accommodation for 2-5 people with a yard and private parking.

Accommodation

Gianna Studios consists of: 2 triple studios, 1 four-bed apartment and 1 five-bed apartment.

First floor

• Triple studio has a double bed and a single sofa bed.

• Four-bed apartment has two rooms separated by glass doors: one with a kitchen and a double bed, and the other with bunk beds suitable for children.

• Five-bed apartment contains two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a sofa for one person) and a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed.

Second floor

• Triple studio has a double bed and a sofa for one person.

Each unit has a kitchen that includes a small oven, a two-burner stove, a refrigerator, and basic cookware. Private bathrooms have showers.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. They have covered terraces with table and chairs, and most offer a partial sea view.

Guests have at their disposal a landscaped yard with a summer house, barbecue, and outdoor seating/ dining area. Free private parking is 50 meters from the building.
