• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Garden House are situated around 200 meters from the beach in the heart of Vourvourou. This family business is made up of two buildings. Akti Apartments & Studios which is on the beach, and Garden House 120 m from the sea.

Both buildings are surrounded by beautifully green gardens and have convenient and safe parking areas. On our sandy beach, ideal for young children, you'll be able to enjoy Vourvourou's crystal clear, warm waters all day. Also, beach chairs and umbrellas are offered free of charge for use by our guests.

In Akti Apartments & Studios we operate a shop selling traditional pies, pancakes, croissants, milk, yoghurts, snacks (burger with french fries, club sandwiches, hot dog), ice creams, etc

Also, in the garden, just a few meters from the sea, there is a Cafe-Bar where you can enjoy your coffee or drink from morning until night.

Acommodation

Garden House is situated only 120 m from the sea and has 6 studios and an apartment.

• Apartment type G1: 3 ground floor apartments 33m² with a double bed and 2 single beds (up to 4 people).
• Studio type G2: 3 studios 25m² on the 1st floor with a double bed and 2 single beds (up to 4 people)
• Apartment type G3: It may accommodate up to four persons.42 square meters is located on the 2nd floor. The Apartment has got one double and two single beds( in the seperate room ), a fully equipped kitchen, W.C. with shower, air-condition, TV, safe box and 2 terraces (one with sunbeds) with a green view.
