Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus
administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Garden House is located 300 meters from the beach in Olympiada, Halkidiki, and suitable for up to 4 guests.

Our cozy house is set in a yard full of blossom flowers, ideal play area for the children. The private kiosk is perfect for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the fresh air in a shaded setting. BBQ area is also available to fire up the grill for delicious cookouts with family and friends.

Accommodation

Garden House spreads over 48m2 and it features a living room with a double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a small storage room with a washing machine.

It is in the heart of Olympiada, close to organized beaches, local tavernas, archaeological sites and the natural beauty of Halkidiki.

Whether you are planning a peaceful retreat or a fun-filled family holiday, Garden House awaits to offer everything you desire.
