Cancelation policy

• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is canceled 59 to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 50% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Fourka is located in Skala Fourka, on the Kassandra peninsula, in the Halkidiki region, approximately 110 m from the beach. The property offers one apartment accommodating up to 5 guests. Guests have access to air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet, private parking, and a shared landscaped courtyard with a garden.

Accommodation

The apartment is located on the first floor of a residential building within a small complex consisting of four apartments. Guests have access to a shared courtyard with a garden and one private parking space within the property.

The apartment features a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a private bathroom, and two private terraces.

The living room includes a corner sofa that converts into a double bed for two guests, a dining table, a TV, and air conditioning. The living room opens onto a larger private terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and an awning, making it suitable for outdoor dining and relaxation.

The kitchen allows guests to prepare their own meals during their stay and is equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, cookware, kitchen utensils for food preparation and serving, glasses, tablecloths, as well as basic supplies such as salt, sugar, coffee, and spices.

The private bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Guests are provided with a hairdryer, shampoo, and hot water.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed for two guests, a large wardrobe, a dresser, and a bedside table. It also has direct access to a separate private terrace.

The second bedroom is equipped with two separate single beds, a wardrobe, and a bedside table.

The apartment also offers free Wi-Fi internet, a TV, a washing machine, an iron, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, as well as bed linen and towels.

Guests have access to a shared courtyard with a landscaped garden, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor relaxation.

A private entrance provides additional privacy, while self check-in is available via a lockbox.
