• Deposit of 40% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance (60%) will be paid the first day upon arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Accommodation
The property consists of 4 villas – Beatrice, Elisabeth, Diana, and Marie-Chantal. Their interior and exterior are identical.
Each unit includes two bedrooms, a living room, three bathrooms, a kitchen, and a veranda with outdoor furniture and a swimming pool with sun loungers and an umbrella.
On the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The living room features a corner sofa and an LCD TV. The kitchen is well equipped – it includes a large refrigerator with freezer, oven, stove, extractor hood, kitchenware, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The bathroom is standardly equipped – it includes a shower, toilet, and sink.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms. Both rooms have one large double bed and a private bathroom equipped in the same way as the one on the ground floor, and it also includes a hydromassage feature. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Guests are provided with one private parking space. The entire complex is covered with free Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed. A hairdryer, iron, air conditioning units, and a washing machine are available.
