• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Fotinis Studios 2 is located in Toroni, in Sithonia, about 200 meters from the sandy beach. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and bakers (about 130 meters away).

Accommodation

The two-story complex Fotini Studios 2 has a total of 6 accommodation units distributed over first and second floors. Each floor features two studios for 2-3 people and 1 apartment for 4 guests.

All accommodation units feature WiFi internet, TV, air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows, and there is also a baby cot upon request depending on the availability. They also have a kitchenette and a private bathroom.

Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is done every 4 days.

Pets are welcome. Guests can use the barbecue in the yard, and there is also private parking.
