Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Finix Studios & Apartment consists of three accommodation units located within the Finix building, 340 meters from the beach in Paralia Katerinis. The units can accommodate 3–4 guests and offer free parking in front of the building.
Accommodation
There are two studios and one apartment in a modern building with an elevator.Studio No. 20A is located on the 3rd floor and accommodates up to 3 guests. It features a double bed and a fold-out armchair.
Studio No. 6 is situated on the 1st floor and is suitable for up to 3 guests. It includes a double bed and a fold-out armchair.
Apartment No. 20B is located on the 4th floor and accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed.
All units have a kitchen, a private bathroom with a shower cabin, and a terrace furnished with a table and chairs. They feature a modern luxury interior design with suspended ceilings and LED lighting.
All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, and mosquito screens. Bed linen and towels are provided. For stays of 10 nights or longer, linen and towel changes are provided every 5 days.
Free parking is available in front of the building.
