Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Filomeni Studios is located in Pefkohori, a 5-minute walk (about 400m) from the beach in the town and in a quiet part of town. It offers furnished studios with terraces, a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge with a TV. Located around 2.6 km from Hanioti and 3 km from Glarokavos Beach, this guest house with free WiFi access offers free WiFi. The property staff can arrange transportation from/to the airport. The accommodation is located about 150m away from shops, cafes and restaurants.

The owners live in a separate building in the yard of the accommodation and are there for anything you need. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, 95 km from Filomeni Studios.

The accommodation has a total of 9 studios.

Two studios are two-bed, one three-bed and six four-bed.

All units at Filomeni Studios have a private bathroom, wardrobe, TV, bed linen and a balcony with garden/city view. Each bathroom has a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. All rooms have a kitchenette (for preparing light meals) with two hotplates and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
