• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description
Fillis House is a luxury complex that covers 6,000 m² and is located in the center of Vourvourou, on the Sithonia peninsula. It consists of two buildings. One is 100 meters from the sea and the other 300 meters. It offers 2-4 people accommodation, a swimming pool, a spacious garden, a barbecue, and private parking.
Accommodation
A total of 16 accommodation units of different types are distributed across two buildings. They are all modern and different.
All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free wireless internet and television. They have private bathrooms with showers, coco mat mattresses, and terraces, and some have sea views. Kitchens include kettles, toasters, and coffee makers, while other amenities may vary depending on the unit type.

The yard is beautifully decorated and ideal for socializing and relaxing. They are dominated by a large pool with hydromassage jets and a children's pool surrounded by deckchairs and umbrellas. Seating areas, a children's playground, an outdoor shower, and free private parking are also available to guests.
The reception is available 24 hours a day and offers the service of organizing car rental and airport transfers for an additional fee.
