Filippidis Suites

Filippidis Suites is located in Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 240 meters from the beach. The property offers two accommodation units suitable for 3 to 6 guests.

Accommodation

The complex is situated in a quieter part of the resort and provides sea views, private outdoor areas, and amenities designed for a comfortable stay.

The accommodation units, named D6 Suite and B2 Suite, are fully equipped for independent stays and feature a kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet access, a washing machine, and a terrace with sea views.

D6 Suite can accommodate up to 3 guests. The unit is arranged on two levels. The upper gallery level, accessible via stairs, features a double bed. The ground floor includes a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen with a dining area, and a private bathroom. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an additional adult or child. Guests have access to a spacious terrace furnished with outdoor seating and offering an open sea view. Due to the internal staircase, this unit is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

B2 Suite can accommodate up to 6 guests. The unit features two separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a private bathroom, and a large sea-view terrace. The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds joined together, while the second bedroom contains two separate single beds. The living room is equipped with two sofas and armchairs and serves as the main communal area of the suite.

The kitchens in both accommodation units are equipped for meal preparation during your stay. Guests have access to a refrigerator, electric stove with cooktop, oven, basic cooking equipment, cookware, dining and serving utensils, kitchen utensils, and a dining table.

The bathrooms are private and equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Towels and basic bathroom amenities are provided.

All accommodation units feature air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet access, a washing machine, bed linen, and towels. The terraces are furnished with outdoor seating and offer views of the sea and surrounding area.

Free parking is available within the property grounds.
