• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Filian Apartments is located only 10 meters from the Paradissos beach, in Neos Marmaras, on the peninsula of Sithonia.
Offers garden and private parking.

Accommodation

Filian Apartments consists of two studios on the ground floor. Both are the same and can accommodate up to 2 adults and two children.

Both studios have one open plan space with a double bed and one sofa bed for two children, kitchen and bathroom.

Baby cot can be added on request.
