Description

Fanis Apartments are situated in Nikiana, a beautiful, picturesque village with a little port and many fish taverns, on the northeast side of the island.

Fifty meters away from Fanis Apartments, you will find a nice bakery offering a variety of breads, pies, coffees and other delicious things. For those looking for adventure, there is a good diving school on the left side of the Bakery, on the same main road of Nikiana and 80 m. Distance from Fanis apartments, you will find a beach bar restaurant offering many beach services and water sports.

In 100 m. Distance there is a supermarket, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a car rental company and many fish taverns. The picturesque port of Nikiana is 200m away from the apartments and has some good tavernas.

It's an ideal place for families with small children and for people who have boats.

Accommodation

Τhe Fanis Apartments consist of twelve apartments, six on the ground floor and the other six on the first floor. The six are two bedrooms and a kitchen and can accommodate up to 6-7 people. The other six have a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, and are ideal for 3-4 people

All the upper apartments have a TV, air conditioning, a kitchen that includes three electric fires and an oven, full cooking equipment and a balcony looking over the sea.

The apartments are very close to the sea with a green garden of grass and flowers in between.

Ljetovanje u ovom apartmanu bilo je u mnogim aspektima jako prijatno. Lokacija je zaista izvrsna — apartman se nalazi odmah uz plažu, što je bilo idealno za nas. Plaža je uredna, ima dovoljno hlada i svaki gost ima osiguranu ležaljku, što je veliki plus. Dvorište je lijepo uređeno i pruža osjećaj mira i privatnosti. Namještaj u kući je nešto starijeg datuma, kao i kuhinjski inventar, ali sve je bilo funkcionalno i čisto. Prostrana terasa s predivnim pogledom na more definitivno je najjača tačka smještaja i u velikoj mjeri nadoknađuje neke nedostatke u enterijeru. Međutim, najveći problem predstavlja kanal koji prolazi tik uz dvorište. Tokom popodnevnih sati iz njega se širi neugodan miris koji podsjeća na kanalizaciju, što zna ozbiljno narušiti ugođaj, naročito ako želite boraviti vani. Sve u svemu, smještaj ima mnogo dobrih strana, ali bi problem s kanalom svakako trebalo riješiti kako bi boravak bio potpuno ugodan. Samo zbog toga je moja ocjena je 2.

Апсолутно најбоље место за опуштајући одмор на Лефкади. Приватна плажа са природним хладом и лежаљкама, одлична локација и гостопримство. Собе су лепе и чисте, климатизоване, мирна и прозирна вода, неколико стена идеалних за роњење, пристаниште за приватне чамце, сеновити паркинг за аутомобиле...

Najbolji pogled na more koji smo ikada imali. Privatna plaža sa prirodnim hladom i ležaljkama. Domaćini su pažljivi. Parking je pokriven. Pekare i prodavnice preko puta. Preporuka!!!

Proveo sam 10 lepih dana na Lefkadi u Fanis apartmanu. Smeštaj je lep, komotna terasa sa pogledom na more, veoma čisto i uredno, na samoj plaži, imate svoje ležaljke, hladovinu na plaži, parking za vozilo itd. Mirno je, a imate u mestu sve što vam je potrebno i položaj je takav da ste za petnestak minuta u Nidriju ili Lefkasu, a i poznate plaže su lako dostupne . Domaćica je ljubazna, prijatna i ne nametljiva, ali je tu ako zatreba. Svaka preporuka za prijatan i porodičan odmor.
