Evripidis Katerina Rooms is a complex in Asprovalta, consisting of two buildings. One is set 350, and the other 290 meters from the beach, and 100 meters from the main market with bakeries, pharmacies, and cafes. The nearest minimarket is about 50 meters away.

The complex consists of a total of 7 units distributed in two buildings, and offers accommodation for 3-6 people.

Building number 1 (location)

The first building is located 350 meters from the beach and features three studios on the first floor.

• Studio No. 1 - Triple studio that can accommodate three adults or two adults and two small children. It has a double and a larger single bed (120 cm wide), a refrigerator, a TV, air conditioning, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace. Free Wi-Fi internet is provided.

• Studio No. 2 - Quadruple studio that can accommodate four adults. It has a double bed and two single beds. It is equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, television, and free Wi-Fi internet, featuring a private bathroom with a shower and a terrace.

• Studio No. 3 - Triple studio for three adults with a double and a single bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace. It is equipped with a refrigerator, air conditioning, a television, and free Wi-Fi internet.

• Double Room - The room has a double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a covered terrace with a table and chairs. This unit does not have a kitchen, only a small refrigerator and an electric kettle, with the possibility of providing the necessary kitchen utensils.

The guests of the studios have access to a shared kitchen, located on the ground floor of the building, where each studio has its own part of the kitchen, and its own sink with fully equipped kitchen elements. In front of the building is a spacious terrace with three tables for dining and relaxing. Guests can prepare a meal on the ground floor, or on the grill in the back part of the building, and have lunch on the large terrace in a wonderful setting.

Building number 2 (location)

The second building features one studio and two apartments on the first floor.

• Studio No. 1 - Three-bed studio that can accommodate three adults or two adults and two small children. It has a double bed and a larger single bed (120 cm wide), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace. It is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and a television.

• Apartment No. 1 - Accommodates four adults. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace. It is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and a television.

• Apartment No. 2 - Can accommodate up to six people. It has two separate bedrooms, a double and a triple, a living room with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a private bathroom, and a terrace. It is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and a television.

Cars can be parked in front of both buildings.

The hosts are very helpful and available 24 hours a day for everything the guests may need. Towels and bed linen are changed every 5 days (or as needed).
