Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the total amount is nonrefundable.
• In case of an earlier department, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Evita Stylish Beachfront Maisonette is located right across the beach in Polichrono, on the Kassandra Peninsula. It features two maisonettes for 3-4 people with a sea view.

Accommodation

Maisonette Olgas consists of two levels - the first is on the level of the ground floor, and the second is on the level of the first floor. It can accommodate 4 people. The lower level consists of a bedroom with two single beds, a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with seating and direct access to the garden. On the first floor is a living room with a kitchen, a second bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a furnished terrace with a beautiful view of the sea.

Maisonette Venis can accommodate 3 people and is located on the second floor. It consists of a living room, a kitchen, a private bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a double bed. The bedroom also features a gallery with a single bed and another bathroom. The terrace has seating and a direct view of the sea.

Kitchens in both maisonettes include a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher.

The units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, hair dryers, and washing machines. The units are not cleaned during the stay, and clean sets of bed linen and towels are provided, which guests change themselves as needed.

A landscaped garden is available to guests, and pets are welcome. Private parking is not available, but vehicles can be parked on the street in front of the accommodation.
