Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled more than 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded after the end of the season (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Evi's Studios are located in Lefkada, near the small town of Agios Nikitas, about 2.5 kilometers away from the popular Kathisma beach. About 5 minutes drive you need to reach this beautiful beach, and there are also famous beaches: Milos Beach and Kavalikefta Beach. The studios are located in a green setting, next to one of the main roads, making them well connected with the other roads on the island.
Accommodation
Studios Evi consists of three fully equipped studios, green, pink and orange, which can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, Wi-Fi internet, TV, kitchen. Bed linen and towels are replaced every three days, while units are not cleaned during the stay.
Guests also have free parking. Studios have direct access to the garden of the facility.
