Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Evelen Studios are located at a distance of 300m from the beach in Sarti, and are renovated in 2016. Our studios at Sarti in Halkidiki, are peaceful and ideally for your holiday. Are located on a little hill that you can have a panoramic view of the village, although are only five minutes from the beach.

Studios are situated in the old part of Sarti, nearby all the contents, restaurants, cafes, stores and beaches.

Accommodation

It is a smaller, family object which has a total of 4 studios on the first floor and 4 studios on the ground floor.

All the studios are two-bedded (double bed). When necessary, in all the studios can be added one extra bed for a third person or a child. Studios are nicely and neatly arranged, verandas are very comfortable and they all have a sea and city view.

The 2 studios on the ground floor has a separate yard and a nice view.
All studios have air-conditioning and a TV set, a wireless internet signal, a renovated bathroom, a big veranda.

Next to the house there is a place for barbecuing and socializing. Although it is very near to the city center, the house is a small hill which enables a panoramic view.
