Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Three bedroom apartment includes three bedrooms: two with a dounle bed and one with a bunk bed and a sofa bed.

Customers send us before the arrival time so that we can organize their arrival comfortably, perhaps take care of the temperature, and send them instructions on how to find the house more easily when they arrive by boat.

There is a keybox next to the door.
Upon arrival, customers send us photos of their passports and we send them the code from the keybox.

Before leaving, customers:
-send us a message for Check out
-close windows, doors, electricity and water
-and place one key in the Keybox and the rest in the Sideboard in front of the door.
