Description

Eva Apartments is located in Limenaria, on the southwestern coast of Thasos, approximately 135 meters from the beach. The property is situated close to the town center, restaurants, taverns, shops, and the seaside promenade. Apartments suitable for 4 to 5 persons are available within the property.

Accommodation

Eva Apartments offers two accommodation units located on the first floor of the building. The apartments include a living room with a kitchen and dining area, two separate bedrooms, a private bathroom, and a terrace with outdoor seating furniture.

The first apartment is intended for up to four adults. Both bedrooms are equipped with two connected single beds. The living area is connected to the kitchen and includes a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a dining area.

The second apartment can accommodate up to five adults. Both separate bedrooms are furnished with two connected single beds each. The living area is connected to the kitchen and dining area and is intended for guests’ everyday stay and relaxation.

The kitchens in all accommodation units are functionally equipped for meal preparation during the stay. Guests have access to a stove with oven, two cooking rings, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker, dining table, as well as basic cooking utensils and cookware for food preparation and serving.

The bathrooms are private and equipped with showers and basic toiletries. Towels, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and toilet paper are available to guests.

All accommodation units feature a terrace with outdoor seating furniture and views of the town surroundings or the garden. Guests also have access to linens, wardrobe, drying rack for clothes, and air conditioning.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and Wi-Fi internet is provided. A baby cot can be provided upon request at no additional charge.

Cleaning of accommodation units, as well as linen and towel change, is organized midway through the stay.

Private parking is not available within the property, but street parking is possible near the accommodation.
