Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Etheria Boutique Apartments are located 140 meters from the beach in Sarti, on the Sithonia peninsula. The complex offers accommodation for up to 4 guests and provides free private parking.

Accommodation

The property consists of 6 accommodation units spread over two levels connected by stairs.

Three apartments feature a ground floor with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, while the gallery level has a double bed.

The remaining three apartments are located on the semi-basement level. On the lower level, they feature a double bed and a sofa bed, while the gallery is designed as a living area with a kitchenette.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi, a TV, a private bathroom, and a private terrace.

Free private parking is available for all guests.
