• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 40% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

One Bedroom Apartments

Our single bedroom apartments are beautifully furnished and fully equipped. They are perfect for a family and benefit from a large living space with a full sized kitchen, ideal for guests who prefer to cater for themselves. Their size is about 50 m2 for apartments 1 & 2 & 3.

Apartment 1 (Second Floor - 5 people)

Apart from the kitchen, the spacious living area has 1 double sofa and a chair which all convert into comfortable beds, there is also a full sized dining table and chairs as well as an occasional table and of course a large LCD flat screen television.
Double patio doors from the living area give you access to the furnished balcony/patio. The separate master bedroom has a lovely double bed, large wardrobes and a dressing table, they also have patio doors out onto the balcony/veranda. The tastefully decorated bathroom has a shower, wc and wash basin.

Apartment 2 (First Floor - 6 people)

This apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, at the spacious living area it has 2 double sofa and a chair which all convert into comfortable beds, there is also a full sized dining table and chairs as well as an occasional table and of course a large LCD flat screen television.

Apartment 3 (Basement floor - 5 people)

This 50 m2 cool, ground floor apartment is light and airy and as with Apartments 1 & 2 is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you may need on your holidays. The full sized kitchen is recessed on one side of the living area and has all the equipment, including a full sized cooker with large oven, you may need to prepare anything from a snack to a banquet! The living area also has 1 double sofa, a single chair,which all convert into comfortable beds. Dining table and chairs, flat screen television and an occasional table. Off from the living area is the separate private bedroom with a large double bed, spacious wardrobes and a dressing table. The stylish and modern bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet.

Two Bedroom Apartments

This two bedroom 50 m2 apartment is perfect for 2 couples and a two children. The vibrant color scheme creates a beautiful sunny light in the whole apartment. The living area has a full sized and recessed kitchen, which is fully equipped. To complete the living area there is a comfortable double sofa which converts to a bed, occasional table, dining table and chairs and television. The two bedrooms each have a modern and comfortable bed, large wardrobes and patio doors to the furnished balconies. The apartment is completed by a modern, stylish bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet.

Maisonette

The maisonette has a total area of 40 m2 and is cleverly laid out. The kitchen is full sized and occupies its own space, leading from the kitchen is a doorway to the double bedroom and modern bathroom and on the other side is the separate living area which has patio doors to the furnished balcony. The living area houses the 1 double sofa bed and a chair bed plus a dining table and chairs. There are 2 bathrooms one in each floor as long as 2 televisions.

Studio

The open plan 25 m2 studio is ideal for a family with 2 children. Although it is a single space it is thoughtfully designed and cleverly laid out. The double bed is in a recessed area with big wardrobes and a dressing table, nearby is the bathroom with shower, wash basin and wc.

The kitchen is full sized and is conveniently next to the living area which also has the entrance to the studio. The living area has television, an occasional table and 1 double sofa bed.
