• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.

Description

Only 20 m from the beach, Erodios Studios is located in the seaside village of Skala Kallirachi. Its self-catered accommodation offers free Wi-Fi and a balcony overlooking the garden, mountain or Aegean Sea.

Accommodation

Tastefully decorated, all the air-conditioned studios include a kitchenette with cooking hobs, a coffee maker and fridge. Each is fitted with a plasma satellite TV and safe. Free toiletries and bathrobes can also be found.

On the ground floor there are studios No.101 up to No.106, all can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child.

On the first floor there are two apartments, very comfortable, consisting of two room each one. The one is bigger one in front of building, and the other is smaller in back.

Bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days.

The property grounds are surrounded by lush gardens, colourful flowers and stone-paved walkways. A playground is available for the younger guests.

Erodios Studios is 8 km from Prinos Port and 22 km from Limenas Port. A tavern, café and mini market are less than 500 m from the property. Private parking is accessible at no extra charge.
