Cancelation policy

• For cancellations made up to 30 days before the expected arrival date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be refunded, while for cancellations made up to 10 days before the expected arrival date, 70% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
• In case of non-appearance of the guest, without any timely notification from his side, any amount paid to the company is non-refundable.
• In case of a refund, in relation to a cancellation within the cancellation period, the transaction costs are borne by the visitor.

Eria Home is located in the settlement of Trikorfo, on the Halkidiki peninsula, in a coastal area near Yerakini. The property is approximately 100 meters from the beach and is suitable for up to 5 guests.

Accommodation

Eria Home is a two-level house arranged as a single unit, consisting of a living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed for two persons, while the second bedroom includes a single bed. The living room features a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. This area is arranged for relaxation and includes a TV and seating space.

The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and is connected to the dining area. The property includes two separate bathrooms, both fitted with showers and basic toiletries.

The house features a terrace with seating furniture and a sea view, as well as an outdoor area arranged for relaxation. Within the complex, guests have access to a shared swimming pool available during the summer months (July and August).
