PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
• A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking on the day of booking. (Deposit is refundable for cancellations up to 21 days prior to arrival. All transaction fees are not included). The remaining amount should be paid upon arrival.
• If your reservation is for 1 night, the total amount of your stay will be charged on the day of the reservation.

BANK TRANSFER
• In order for the reservation to be confirmed, in case you do not have a credit card, it is necessary to pay 20% of your stay.
• If your reservation is for one day, then you need to deposit the total amount of your stay.
• The required deposit must be paid within 1 business day of the reservation date
• Send the receipt to e-mail: info@epohikon.gr
* Please state the depositor's name on the receipt.

In case of non-payment as stated above, Epohikon Studios reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any further obligation or notice.

Cancellation Policy
• In case of cancellation up to 21 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If later canceled or modified, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• In case of no-show or early departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Description

Epohikon Studios is located in the center of old Sarti and it is an ideal choice for families looking for to be surrounded by greenery, yet not far from events, promenade and the beach. The last time it was renovated in 2016, so it has a good quality and price ratio. In its vicinity are supermarket and bakery (at 50m), as well as pharmacy (at about 40m), while the beach is around 200m far.

Accommodation

Standard Double Studio 20m² - have one double bed and both are located on the upper floor, on the front side of the building. All studios have a balcony.

Standard Triple Studio 20m² - have one double and a single bed, and they’re suitable for up to three adults. All are located on the lateral side of the building, one on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor. All studios have a balcony.

Bungalow 20m² - are located on the ground floor, separate houses alike and can accommodate 2-4 people. Two bungalows have one double bed at the basic level, with the possibility of adding a mattress of a size (narrower than the standard) double bed in the gallery for the third person. The other bungalows have one double and a single bed, with the possibility of adding a mattress for the fourth person in the gallery. In the bathroom there is no shower cabin, just tiles. The bungalows are facing the courtyard and have the unfenced terrace on the ground floor with the direct exit to it.

Guests can use WiFi internet, a kitchen with a hot plate with two rings, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, safe box and a small bathroom with shower with a curtain, while the baby cot is available upon request. Replacement of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning, is done after three days. Guests can also use a washing machine with an extra charge.

Bungalows have TVs. Studios have smart TVs and illy espresso machines with capsules provided for the whole stay!

Suprug, dete i ja smo bili u julu 2022. u Epohikonu i imam samo reči hvale. Savršena lokacija - plaža je blizu, kao i marketi, restorani i doktor, ali je opet u mirnoj i tihoj ulici. Vlasnici i svo osoblje su jako ljubazni i uslužni, ali nenametljivi. Dvorište je pre-le-po! 😍Trokrevetni apartman je nešto manji, ali nam je to bilo najmanje bitno. Sve je čisto i redovno menjaju posteljinu i peškire. Apsolutno sve preporuke i ako se budemo vraćali u Sarti, svakako ćemo ponovo biti smešteni tamo
