Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Elsa Villa is located in Potos on Thasos, about 200m from the San Antonio beach and 1km away from the center of the village. The seaside town of Limenaria is 3.5 km away, while Limenas, the capital and main town of Thassos, is at 40 km.

The facility offers accommodation for up to 4 people and provides a BBQ, playground, garden, and private parking.

Accommodation

Elsa Villa has 12 accommodation units - nine studios ( 20m2) and three duplex apartments (35m2) on the ground, first, and second floors. Units on the ground and first floor have a garden view, and some units on the second floor have a sea view.

Studios can be double, three-bed, or four-bed (only one unit).

Double studios have a double bed, kitchenette, and terrace.

Three-bed studios have a double bed, one bed, and a kitchen in the same room. The four-bed studio is on the ground floor and has one double and two single beds.

The apartments consist of two bedrooms (a double bed in one and two single beds in the other room) and a kitchen in a separate room.

Cleaning is done every day, bed linen is changed every 2-3 days.

Parking is in the yard.
