Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

In each change of the apartment, disinfection will be done with steam cleaner and with certified products appropriate for Covid-19!

Common area is the parking lot and the yard, which is 2,000m2 and the outdoor shower in which there will be a different disinfectant for each apartment.

Elia House is situated in the famous coast Elia Nikitis in Sithonia Halkidiki. The sea is crystal clear (two EE blue flags) and very shallow, making it ideal for children. The plot is 10 m away from the sea, while the building is 25m.

You have access to all public areas and free parking. The nearest supermarket is 300 meters away at the camping Mitari, next to Anthemus Sea Hotel & Spa. In Nikiti you can find small and big supermarkets as Masoutis, Galaxias, LIDL and Vassilopoulos. In Nikiti there is every Friday a big street market. There is a public transport busstop at 500 m and also a taxi stop. The house is 150m away from the famous Mediterranean tavern named Mpoukadoura.

Accommodation

The first apartment is located on the ground floor (is not a basement) and comprises two (2) bedrooms, living room, which can be converted into a bedroom, large and fully equipped kitchen, WC and is fully furnished. The space is air conditioned and there is also a washing machine and clothes rack. The apartment also has free, wireless, unlimited WiFi, and digital satellite TV, as well as non-mosquito repellent devices. Also there's a private gazebo (24 m2) beside the private BBQ (Grill).

The apartment on the 2nd floor has amazing and unique views (sea and mountain). It consists of three (3) large bedrooms with wardrobes, two (2) of which have a double King size bed and one (1) two single beds, a living room, which is also used as a double bed room, large and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms WC and fully furnished. There are large balconies around. All rooms are air conditioned and there is a washing machine and a clothes dryer. The apartment also has free, wireless, unlimited WiFi, and digital satellite TV, as well as non-mosquito repellent devices.

Two (2) apartments of the house have different entrances.

There is also a barbecue (Grill - BBQ).

We provide free sun beds, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Linen, towels and pillow case changes are made every fourth day.
