• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

ELENA'S HOUSE is located in the famous holiday resort town of Neos Marmaras, in just 120 meters of distance from the local beach and only 100 meters from the center of the town.

The visitor has the opportunity to enjoy the green nature and the crystal sea with panoramic view of the Toroneos Gulf and the peninsula of Kassandra.

Very near to our rooms you will find many shops and services to cover your everyday needs, like super markets, bakery, banks, post office, pharmacy & doctor as well as restaurants, cafes and clubs for your own enjoyment.
