Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Elegant Villa Stelios is located in Toroni, on the Sithonia peninsula, just 20 meters from the beach. The complex offers accommodation for 4-5 people with a garden and private parking.

Accommodation

A total of 6 accommodation units is available.

Apartments no. 4, 5, and 6 are set on the ground floor, and feature two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. No. 4 & 5 can accommodate up to 4 guests each, while apartment no. 6 is for a maximum of 5 people.

Apartment no. 7 is on the second floor and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the second room has a bunk bed.

Studio with gallery no. 8 is located on the second floor and is suitable for 3 people. There is one double bed on the lower level, while the second double bed is on the gallery above it.

Apartment no. 9 is on the second floor and is suitable for 4 adults and 1 child. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the living room features a double bed and an additional single bed for a child. This apartment is equipped with 2 air conditioners, 2 TVs, and 2 terraces.

The units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets.

All units have a private bathroom with a shower and a kitchen that includes a refrigerator and a mini stove with an oven and 3 burners. Ground floor units have small refrigerators, while newer units on the second floor offer large refrigerators with freezer compartments.

Each room has a terrace with an outdoor seating/dining area, as well as 2 sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach.

The complex includes a spacious courtyard with a children's playground, a shared brick barbecue, an outdoor shower, and free private parking.
