Description

The idea to create this spot of heaven began 11 years ago, when we discovered a location off Potidea in Chalkidiki to house our dream. Situated in the first peninsula of Chalkidiki, 70km from Thessaloniki and 17km from Kallithea, the plot where we built the 5 independent homes offers a fabulous view to the sea. In the following pages we are going to give you a taste of the interior of our houses, our garden, the unique view and the amazing beach.

Accommodation

Elegant Maisonettes Elena consist of 5 maisonettes, built on different levels avoiding steep stairs. Each maisonette has its own balcony which offers such a mesmerizing view to the sea that it makes it difficult for the guest to decide whether the balcony or the beach is the ideal place to enjoy a warm summer sunset. The guest can choose the holiday home that best suits his needs and his mood.

Two- storey apartment have fully- equipped kitchen, one room with one double bed, one room with 2 single beds, a living room with sofa bed, A/C, TV, a bathroom and a balcony with garden and sea view.

Ground floor apartment has fully- equipped kitchen, one room with one double bed, one room with 2 single beds, a living room, A/C, TV and a bathroom.

Studio apartment for 2 persons has kitchennette, one room with one double bed, A/C, TV, a bathroom and a balcony with great sea view.
