Cancelation policy

• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Elegand Maisonettes is located in Skala Fourka, on the Kassandra peninsula, within the Halkidiki region, approximately 165 meters from the beach. The complex consists of five maisonettes designed to accommodate from 4 to 6 guests.

Accommodation

Elegand Maisonettes comprises five two-level maisonettes. Each accommodation unit features two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, one bathroom, an additional WC, two terraces, and access to a shared garden.

The maisonettes can accommodate up to six guests. The living room includes a sofa bed suitable for two people. The upper floor features two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The kitchens are connected to the dining area and are equipped for self-catering during your stay. Guests have access to a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, basic cooking equipment, cookware, serving dishes, kitchen utensils, and a dining table.

The bathrooms are located on the upper floor and are equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. An additional separate WC is available on the ground floor of each maisonette. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.

All accommodation units feature air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, a Smart TV, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, bed linen, and towels.

Each maisonette offers two terraces with open views. One of the terraces includes a private charcoal barbecue and an outdoor dining area. The complex is surrounded by a shared landscaped garden that provides additional space for relaxation and outdoor activities.

Each maisonette has one private parking space located in front of the property.

A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
