• If a reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

The classic apartment features a living room with a sofa, a bedroom with a double and a single bed, a kitchen (fridge with a freezer compartment, a mini oven with two burners, an electric kettle), a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a table and chairs.

The modern apartment has a living room with a double sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove, an oven, and a microwave oven. The private bathroom has a shower cabin, and there is also a terrace with a table and chairs.

The units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Guests have access to a garden, and a barbecue is available upon request. Cars can be parked on the street in front of the accommodation.
