Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Efi’s House is located about 280m from the beach, in Toroni, on the peninsula Sithonia. The location is in the peaceful part of Toroni and is surrounded by lush greenery. It is an excellent choice for families because of its quietude and safety for kids to play in the fenced yard.

Accommodation

Efi’s House and consists of 4 studios that can accommodate up to four persons.

Each studio is about 17m2 and is located on the ground floor.

Three studios have one smaller double bed and a bunk bed and the 4th has one smaller double bed and a single bed with a drawer bed. All offer a garden view.

Linen and towels are replaced after five days.

Bili ovog leta. Gazdarica predivna žena. Dvorište kao rajski vrt. Higijena na visokom nivou. Plaža je blizu, a more predivne, bistre boje, bez talasa. Najlepši zalazak sunca.

Divni domaćini, čist i uredan smeštaj. Jedini problem mi smo imali sa komarcima jer smo došli posle kiše, ali to nije do smeštaja . Sve pohvale za smeštaj, malo je ali funkcionalno.

Gospodja Sofija je divna zena,apartmani su odlicni,cisti,prijatni i odlicno opremljeni,dvoriste je raj,plaza blizu..bili smo kod nje pre par god i od nas topla preporuka.
