Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Edem Pool House Hanioti is located 550 meters from the beach in Hanioti, on the Kassandra peninsula. It can accommodate 10 guests and offers a private garden with a pool and private parking.

Accommodation

Edem Pool House consists of 3 levels.

The basement level features a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom.

The ground floor has an air-conditioned living room with a corner sofa and a sofa bed for two people, a toilet, and a kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee machine.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms – two with double beds and one with a sofa bed. All three rooms are air-conditioned.

The house is equipped with a TV, free Wi-Fi internet, and a washing machine. Ironing facilities (iron and ironing board) are available upon request.

The house features two spacious covered terraces with seating sets, outdoor dining areas, and views of the pool.

Guests have access to a garden with a pool, sun loungers, a barbecue (on request), and two private parking spaces. Bed linen and towels are provided. Pets are not allowed.
