• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.

Description

Dina's Apartments is located in the center of Asprovalta, less than 100m from the beach. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian zone and Alexander the Great Square, with a children's playground at a distance of 40m. The complex offers rooms and apartments for 2-6 people.

Accommodation

Dina's Apartments is a three-story corner building with three free sides (both streets and a yard). It has a wide staircase and an elevator, and consists of 9 apartments and 5 rooms.

• Rooms No. 11, 12, 13, 14 & 15 (18m²)

All rooms are located on the second floor and can accommodate 2 people each. They contain a double or two single beds, a private bathroom, and a terrace. They do not have a kitchen, but they are equipped with refrigerators and kettles.

• Apartments No. 1, 2, 6 & 10 (26m²)

These units can accommodate 3 people (if the children are small, a family of four can also be accommodated). They have a bedroom with a double and a single bed, a separate kitchen area, a private bathroom, and a terrace. Apartments No. 1 and 2 are located on the ground floor (9 steps above the ground), while units No. 6 and 10 are on the first floor.

• Apartments No. 5 & 9 (33m²)

These units are set on the first floor, each accommodating 4-5 people. They have a separate bedroom with a double and a single bed, with two more single beds in the hallway. They also have a separate kitchen area, a private bathroom, and a terrace.

• Apartments No. 3, 4 & 8 (42m²)

These apartments consist of two bedrooms, a kitchen area, a private bathroom, and a terrace. Apartment No. 3 is on the ground floor and accommodates 5 people; Apartment No. 4 is on the first floor and accommodates 5 people; and Apartment No. 8 is on the first floor and is suitable for 6 people.

Kitchens in all apartments feature a fridge, a toaster, and a kettle. Oven and stoves are not available and cannot be added - they are forbidden to use.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite television, free Wi-Fi internet, and a hair dryer.

The complex features a landscaped yard. On the ground floor is a pancake house with tables in the shade. There is no private parking, but it can be found in the side streets.

Bili smo smesteni u apartamanu br 9. Sve je bilo korektno. Cisto, uredno, prostrano i funkcionalno. Normalno kupatilo, odgovarajuce velicine sto bude retkost u Gr apartmanaima, i ostaje suvo nakon tusiranja. Bila sam skepticna da li smo odabrali pravi smestaj jer nisam nasla nikakve utiske pa sam zelela da se oglasim. Dina prica engleski ali zena koja menja posteljinu govori srpski. Jako blizu plaze, gotovo na samom setalistu. Postoji lift za goste koji su na trecem spratu.
