Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Dims Studio is located 120 meters from Ofrynio Beach in the Kavala area. The studio is set on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people.

Accommodation

The studio is equipped with a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattress. It has a kitchenette that includes a fridge, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and basic dishes (stove or hot plate not available). The private bathroom has a shower, free toiletries, and towels. Changing of towels is possible on request, with a small surcharge.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hair dryer, and an iron for clothes.

Guests have access to a terrace with seating where smoking is allowed. Parking is provided.
