Dimosthenis Apartments is an accommodation situated in the center of Nea Peramos, Kavala Region, only 50 meters from the sea and next to the market.

There are 4 apartments in total (2 large and 2 small) on the second floor.

No.1 & no.2 large apartments 60m² with a sea view & on the second floor

They consist of 2 bedrooms and a living room. In the living room, there’s a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishes, pots, coffee pot and cutlery), dining table and sofa bed for 2 children to sleep. First bedroom has 2 single beds and the other has a double bed. There is a possibility of adding an extra bed which can be added in the living room. Apartment can host 4-6 people and has a balcony with a sea view.

No.3 & no.4 small apartments 40m² with a garden view & on the second floor

They consist of one separate bedroom and a living room. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two children. The kitchen is within the living room and it's fully equipped. Extra folding bed is available upon request. The apartments have balcony with garden and mountain view. They can accommodate 4-5 (3 adults and 2 children).

All apartments are air-conditioned and have a TV, Wi-Fi internet, hair dryer, mosquito nets and a baby cot that can be provided upon request.

Towels and bed linen are replaced every 4 nights. There is no private parking, so you can park on the street in front of the accommodation.
